Twelve Step Tools: The 4th Step Inventory Worksheet

While providing treatment for people living with a variety of addictions, I have become a huge fan of the liberation and serenity attainable from the methods of the 12 step recovery programs. One of the most valuable tools for releasing pent up issues and feelings of shame is the 4th step process. This inventory work sheet is modeled after Alcoholics Anonymous, although it is not “Alcoholics Anonymous Approved Literature.” Having seen this tool help so many people, it is my opinion that it can be helpful even for persons not in program, but is best used with the guidance of a sponsor in the 12 step program of your choice.

  1. Hi just wanted to give you a brief heads up and let
you know a few of the images aren’t loading properly.
I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I’ve tried it in two different internet browsers and both show the same
    outcome.
